MOM AND DAD is a film I have been looking forward to ever since it was first announced – Nicolas Cage starring in a film about parents going nuts and trying to kill their children? Yep, I'm there. There's no way I would miss something like that. Even if it got bad reviews, I would be on board. But it helps that our own Chris Bumbray gave the film an 8/10 review after seeing it a few months ago.
The rest of us will be getting a chance to see MOM AND DAD next month, when then film will be receiving a theatrical, VOD, and Digital release on January 19th. To help get us prepared for this release, a trailer for MOM AND DAD has arrived online… and looks like everything I hoped it would be.
Written and directed by Brian Taylor, the film is
a pitch-black horror-comedy about a worldwide mass hysteria where, for 24 brutal hours, parents turn violently against their own children.
Cage is joined by Selma Blair as the other half of the titular couple. Also in the cast are Anne Winters and Zackary Arthur.
