It sure is the morning for DVD release news, and I’ve got another one for you! TUCKER AND DALE VS. EVIL has been slated to hit shelves November 29th! How fantastic is that?
I recently got to see this film and I loved every second of it. It cleverly blends horror and comedy while spoofing the genre and also not at the same time. If you haven’t seen this you need to order this sucker asap! It is just such a great film; I can’t say enough positive words about it. The cast are fantastic and Eli Craig rocks his directorial debut. This is right up there with the best I have seen this year, rock on!
Special features include making of the film and hilarious commentary with Alan Tudyk, Tyler Labine and director Eli Craig. Hilarious commentary? Awesome, gimme, gimme, gimme!
TUCKER & DALE VS EVIL is a hilariously gory, good-spirited horror comedy, doing for killer rednecks what Shaun of the Dead did for zombies. Tucker and Dale are two best friends on vacation at their dilapidated mountain house, who are mistaken for murderous backwoods hillbillies by a group of obnoxious, preppy college kids. When one of the students gets separated from her friends, the boys try to lend a hand, but as the misunderstanding grows, so does the body count.
TUCKER AND DALE VS EVIL features the talents of Alan Tudyk, Tyler Labine, Katrina Bowden (below), Jesse Moss, Philip Granger, Brandon Jay McLaren, Christie Laing, Chelan Simmons and Travis Nelson.
