The Walking Dead Season 5 finale to run 90 minutes

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Good news for those of you already dreading the idea of “The Walking Dead” coming to a close this season. It has been revealed (by EW’s Dalton Ross) that the series finale, which will air at the end of next month, will have a runtime of 90 minutes. A nice super-sized episode for the millions of fans who can’t get enough of this immensely popular series.

Naturally, we know next to nothing about what will be happening in the finale, other than it will likely set up a major story arc from the comics and introduce new villains. (I assume we’ll get a hint that Mr. Negan is coming.)

Greg Nicotero is directing the season finale, which hits March 29th. Who’ll be alive, and what will be left of them?
