Tucci, Fillion, Kelly, and more fill out the cast of Nomis

Last month we learned that Henry Cavill, Ben Kingsley, and Alexandra Daddario would be starring in a psychological thriller called NOMIS for writer/director David Raymond. With the leads in place, Raymond has now filled out his cast with the addition of five more actors.

Taking on unspecified roles, those actors are Stanley Tucci, Nathan Fillion, Minka Kelly, Brendan Fletcher, and Mpho Koaho.

That's a very solid cast, I would say. The film will tell the story of

an American police force who trap an online predator, only to realize the depth of his crimes goes far beyond anything they had anticipated.

NOMIS is expected to shoot in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and the presence of Fletcher is definitely indicative of a Canadian production. The Canada-based actor shows up in so many things (he has over 100 credits to his name), my friends and I have joked that any movie made in Canada is required to put him in there somewhere. But it's never a bad thing when Fletcher appears in a film. The guy has talent.

Raymond is producing the film with Robert Ogden Barnum of Fortitude, Chris Pettit of Arise Pictures, and Jeff Beesley and Rick Dugdale of Buffalo Gals.

More than twenty people will be earning executive producer credits on NOMIS. Here's the list: James Lancaster, James Milligan, Larry Harding, Mitesh Parikh, Nasrat Muzayyin, Niraj Parikh, Peter Aitken, Pulak Parikh, Rob Wood, Steven Ashley, Sundip K. Bhundia, Francesca Dutton, Amanatey Sogbodjor, Zorin Finkelsen, Mark Catton, Nadine De Barros of Fortitude International, Kevin Frakes and Buddy Patrick of PalmStar Media, Alastair Burlingham and Tony Parker of Sherborne Media Capital, Phyllis Laing of Buffalo Gals, and Gaurav Talwar of Arcola Entertainment.
