It was exciting to see both Lily Collins and Cam Gigandet shine in the new vampire-action-western-martial arts flick PRIEST. Cam plays an old-fashioned sheriff with a heart of gold and it works. Lily plays a young woman taken by a band of nasty vampires, and she seems to be able to handle a little danger herself.
The two actors had to create an on-screen romance with nearly no time together during the film, and it works. I spoke to both of them about the love story and found them to be an incredibly pleasant (and very funny) couple of actors. Maybe it helps to be kind when you have to battle the undead.
