New Jackass: Best and Last images and details tease one of the stunt franchise’s most intimate acts yet

When Jackass: Best and Last crashes into theaters on June 26, 2026, it will mark the end of an era for the MTV prank series-turned-cinematic-stunt-extravaganza. The final installment of the Jackass film series finds Johnny Knoxville, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Jason “Wee Man” Acuna, Ehren McGhehey, Preston Lacy, Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper, Dark Shark, Rachel Wolfson, and a robot named Larry taking the group’s unbelievable antics to heights that could shock you, leaving you breathless and hugging your privates for protection from the unknown. Recently, Entertainment Weekly caught up with Jackass crew members, who teased some of the upcoming film’s stunts, including one that involves Steve-O and Larry getting intimate for a crunchy peanut butter-based prostate exam.

Yes, a crunchy peanut butter prostate exam. Welcome to Jackass!

Jif, Skippy, or Peter Pan?

“Why don’t you have him stick his finger up someone’s butt?” EW asked Knoxville about the extreme nature of the prostate exam stunt. According to the “robot people,” Larry was already being trained to perform prostate exams, so I look forward to that in the future, I guess. Anyway, Jackass: Best and Last director Jeff Tremaine says Larry can only do it with “the more complicated hand with three fingers that are big and square and sharp,” so it’s best not to tempt the robot fates.

Knoxville on Jackass‘s Emotional Ending

Knoxville also opened up (heh) about Best and Last being the final film in the Jackass series, saying, “It actually got emotional,” as everything came to a close. “That really lands, this being the last film. And, I think it’s the first Jackass movie where I ever choked up… I mean, the last day of filming I cried, like, four times.”

Speaking to Rolling Stone in February, Knoxville revealed how Best and Last is the Jackass gang’s final rodeo, saying, “This will be the last one,” he said. “This is the natural place to end. So it’s going to be absolutely awful.” It’s been over 25 years since the series began, and with much of the cast now in their 50s, it may be a good time to bring it all to a close.
