Jeremy Renner shares new video of his “spa day” with his family from the ICU

Jeremy Renner is keeping in good spirits as he gives his fans a new health update via his social media. The Hawkeye actor was involved in a horrific accident when trying to plow snow for a stuck car this past week and had undergone extensive surgery for which details have yet to be fully released. Renner’s first health update came just yesterday when he posted a picture from his hospital bed post-surgery and briefly thanked all his supporters for the kind words.

His first update garnered a plethora of loving comments from his peers and fans alike. According to Deadline, Renner has just recently posted a new video of his “spa day” from the ICU as he gets his first shower since the accident. Renner’s humor certainly comes through, with his mother and sister all having a laugh while he washes up as he makes his way down the road to recovery. He posted the video with the caption, “A not no great ICU DAY turned to amazing spa day with my sister and mama. Thank you sooooo much.”

His Avenger brethren have commented on his posts, including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Taika Waititi, the Russo brothers, and his Hawkeye co-star, Hailee Steinfeld. Other celebrities such as Eiza Gonzalez, Jimmy Fallon, Steve Aoki also took to his social media sharing their support and praying for a speedy recovery.

Renner can be seen in the upcoming second season of the Paramount+ show Mayor of Kingstown, set to premiere on January 15. Mayor of Kingstown is the latest show from Taylor Sheridan that is consecutively running on the streamer after Yellowstone, 1883, Tulsa King, and 1923.
