John Dies at the End DVD/Blu-Ray date, details announced

Don Coscarelli’s JOHN DIES AT THE END has seen a lot of success on VOD/Pay-Per-View, even before posting the biggest per-theater average of all films this past weekend, and today we have some news on the films upcoming release on DVD and Blu-Ray.

Magnolia Home Entertainment has announced an April 2 release date for the discs, each packed with some groovy bonus features including audio commentary by Coscarelli, producer Brad Baruh and stars Chase Williamson and Rob Mayes, deleted scenes, a behind-the-scenes featurette, an interview with Coscarelli and star Paul Giamatti, and a look at the monster designs from the film.

A new street drug that sends its users across time and dimensions has one drawback: some people return as no longer human. Can two college dropouts save humankind from this silent, otherworldly invasion?
