A new film directed by TCM: THE BEGINNING director Jonathan Liebesman has come to our attention, and frankly I’m surprised we haven’t been following this puppy since day one.
It’s called THE KILLING ROOM and it goes a little something like this: Four individuals sign up for a psychological research study only to discover that they are now subjects of a brutal, classified government program.
And by “government program” they mean they’re locked in a room and are given the options to kill each other in order for “the man” to gain some psychological data on people. What the shit? The cast is even more impressive than the director, including Timothy Hutton, Peter Stormare, Chloë Sevigny (below), and Nick Cannon. Wow!
What may be even more shocking is that the film is going straight to DVD on October 13th. With the star power behind it, this surprises the hell out of me, but then again the plot is somewhat genergic… let’s just hope it finds on audience on video.
