Elzabeth Debicki, Christopher Nolan, film

Mere hours after announcing that TWILIGHT star Robert Pattinson has been tapped to star in Christopher Nolan's next major motion picture, Warner Bros. has revealed that WIDOWS and THE GREAT GATSBY alumna Elizabeth Debicki is joining the cast as well. News of Debicki and Pattinson boarding the film comes not long after it was said that BLACKKKLANSMAN actor John David Washington was also coming aboard the INCEPTION director's new and mysterious project. I say mysterious because, thus far, we have next to no idea what Nolan's new joint is all about.

As the film stands at this very moment, we know that Nolan has finished writing the script, but has yet to reveal the project's title. Throw us a bone, why don't cha, Nolan? Even something along the lines of "it's a sci-fi thriller romance" would go a long way for us here in the trenches. And no, one person who's close to the film saying that it's poised to be a "massive action blockbuster, which will again be shown in Imax" doesn't count. Not even a little bit.

In addition to penning the film's script, Nolan is also producing with his partner Emma Thomas. Furthermore, production on [redacted] will kick off later this year.

As for Debicki, the EVEREST and GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY actor recently wrapped her role as Christina Barithwhite for HBO's upcoming drama-horror television series LOVECRAFT COUNTY, which is based on Matt Ruff's novel of the same name. The upcoming show centers on a young African-American who travels across the U.S. in the 1950s in search of his missing father. Also set to appear as a part of the series are Aunjanue Ellis as Hippolyta Black, Jonathan Majors as Atticus Black, Wunmi Mosaku as Ruby Dandridge, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Letitia Dandridge, Courtney B. Vance as George Black, and Michael Kenneth Williams as Montrose Freeman.
