Trailer for documentary Milius, based on the famed director, featuring interviews with Spielberg, Schwarzenegger, and more

The new documentary MILIUS, about the life of legendary filmmaker John Milius, is premiering at SXSW this month and today we have our first look at the trailer.  Featuring interviews with Steven Spielberg, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Martin Scorsese, Oliver Stone, Clint Eastwood, Bryan Singer, Sam Elliot, Francis Ford Coppola, Harrison Ford and many more, the prolific filmmaker’s adventurous lifestyle is covered in depth, while looking at how that affected the work he ultimately produced.

The director of such old-school classics like BIG WEDNESDAY, CONAN THE BARBARIAN, RED DAWN, and FLIGHT OF THE INTRUDER, as well as screenwriter to a ton of big-name projects like APOCALYPSE NOW, DIRTY HARRY, MAGNUM FORCE, JEREMIAH JOHNSON, EXTREME PREJUDICE, CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER, and the upcoming GHENGIS KAHN, directed by RZA, the filmmaker has had a long and illustrious career, which has left an indelible mark on the history of cinema, while expressing a volatile personality with a penchant for guns and macho grandstanding in the world of Hollywood, making him the ultimate outsider.
