When you head out to see Uncharted this weekend, prepare to watch Tati Gabrielle steal most of her scenes as the merciless mercenary Braddock, whom we now have a new interview with right here. She gives both Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg a run for their money in the film and she clearly means business.
What immediately struck me about Tati Gabrielle during my interview with her to promote the film is that she is NOTHING like Braddock in Uncharted. I immediately commented on her sunny disposition which showed me that she has the range to take on a role like this. It’s clear right away that Tati Gabrielle is as sweet as they come.
During my chat with her, we also touch on her big fight scene with Mark Wahlberg and what it was like working with him (she’s trained in Martial Arts), sharing the badass female empowerment mantle with her co-star Sophia Ali, and what it was like filming the film’s elaborate climax. By the end of the discussion, I saw no hint of Braddock but found it extremely lovely to be able to discover Tati Gabrielle during our talk.
