Just weeks after securing distribution through Ketchup Entertainment, David Hayter's action/horror debut WOLVES has just released an intense first trailer, and we've got it right here for you guys to dig on! Now that we've seen some footage from WOLVES, you can tell right away that this one is most definitely heavy on the action, complete with explosions and throat ripping! The trailer also reveals the look of the werewolves themselves, and I gotta say, I like what I see! It's nice to see a couple of werewolves tearing the shit out of each other without the use of CGI—always a huge plus in my book. Take a peek at the trailer below and see what you think!

The coming-of-age story of Cayden Richards. Forced to hit the road after the murder of his parents, Cayden wanders, lost, without purpose… Until he meets a certifiable lunatic named Wild Joe, who sets him on a path to the ominous town of Lupine Ridge, to hunt down the truths of his history. But in the end, who's really hunting whom?

Written by Hayter, the film stars X-MEN: FIRST CLASS' Lucas Till, WATCHMEN's Stephen McHattie, and "Game Of Thrones" star Jason Momoa. Copperheart Entertainment’s Steve Hoban produced with makeup effects by Oscar-winning creature designers Dave Elsey and Lou Elsey. A release is expected this summer.
