Trick r Treat is coming to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort have issued a warning to those who plan to attend this year's Halloween Horror Nights event by way of four simple yet familiar rules: Wear a costume, hand out treats, never blow out a Jack-O-Lantern, and always check your candy. This sound advice is brought to you by the fact that Legendary Pictures' cult Halloween classic TRICK 'R TREAT is coming to the park beginning on September 14th, when guests will be invited to walk a terrifying maze inspired by Michael Dougherty's 2007 Halloween anthology film.

You can check out a teaser trailer for the Halloween Horror Nights event below:

When TRICK 'R TREAT makes its way to Universal, guests of the park will be welcomed on a tour of Warren Valley, Ohio, to join in the podunk's time-honored Halloween traditions and festivities. The limited-time attraction will recreate some of the film's most bone-chilling scenes, and will feature a twisted new maze for brave souls to explore while trying not to shit their pants in terror. Along their journey, guests will run afoul of familiar characters from the anthology as they traverse Mr. Kreeg's ominous home, encounter shape-shifting college students who transform into werewolves by light of the full moon, and come face-to-burlap face with Sam, TRICK 'R TREATS adorable but deadly mascot. If you're plan is to attend the event, be sure to follow the above-mentioned rules, lest you want to end up on the pointy-end of Sam's lollipop dagger, or worse.

More details about Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights will be unmasked soon.
