Paramount Pictures has unveiled the first trailer for RUMBLE and it looks to dive into a world where monster wrestling is a global sport.
Directed by Hamish Grieve, the film features the vocal talent of Will Arnett, Terry Crews, Geraldine Viswanathan, Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoa’i, Tony Danza, Becky Lynch, Susan Kelechi Watson, Stephen A. Smith, Jimmy Tatro, Ben Schwartz and Michael Buffer. Grieve is best known for his work on RISE OF THE GUARDIANS, MONSTERS VS. ALIENS & SHREK 2. In a world where monster wrestling is a global sport and monsters are superstar athletes, teenage Winnie seeks to follow in her father’s footsteps by coaching a loveable underdog monster into a champion.
Judging from the first trailer, the film looks promising and I can honestly get behind any film featuring the vocal talent of Will Arnett because he's one of the best to do it. RUMBLE hits screens on January 29, 2021.
