Vin Diesel is an unstoppable killing machine in Bloodshot trailers

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

With Marvel and DC adaptations enjoying great success at the box office, Sony Pictures is going to see if they can replicate some of that success with a Valiant Comics adaptation, BLOODSHOT.

Written by Eric Heisserer and Jeff Wadlow, the BLOODSHOT film marks the the feature directorial debut of Dave Wilson, who runs the visual effects company Blur Studio with DEADPOOL director Tim Miller. Vin Diesel stars as

Ray Garrison, a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation. Now filled with an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he's an unstoppable force – stronger than ever and able to heal instantly. But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too. Now, Ray doesn't know what's real and what's not – but he's on a mission to find out.

Diesel's co-stars include Guy Pearce, Eiza Gonzalez, Toby Kebbell, Sam Heughan, Talulah Riley, Alex Hernandez, and Lamorne Morris.

BLOODSHOT is set to reach theatres on February 21, 2020, and to start building the hype two cuts of the trailer have arrived online – a domestic trailer and an international trailer.

Both show Diesel's unstoppable character kicking a lot of ass while being manipulated by Pearce's character. The nanotech in Ray Garrison's body is so good at its job that not even getting his face blasted apart puts this guy down.

I'm not familiar with the Bloodshot character, but this looks like it could be a fun action flick.
