Depending on whether you’re more of a fan of DC Comics or Marvel (like myself), your most anticipated movie of next summer will either be THE DARK KNIGHT RISES or THE AVENGERS.
While we’ve seen more spy/amateur/bystander footage than we can keep up with of Batman and the vehicles and villains of Chris Nolan’s next, now we’re also starting to get some good looks at Marvel’s superheroes on set.
In these latest clips, Captain America pairs with heavy hitter Thor to knock around some dudes in motion-capture suits, which will later be replaced by (potentially) alien invaders known as Skrulls.
Writer-director Joss Whedon is currently assembling the team in Cleveland (serving as a Manhattan substitute). The movie kicks off the Summer 2012 movie season next May 4th.
