Bong Joon-ho's SNOWPIERCER, the post-apocalyptic thriller about the remnants of humanity who ride aboard a nonstop train, has unveiled its first poster, and the folks at Twitch.net got their meaty paws on it. Just a promo quad, looks like, but it gives you an idea of the crowded, uncomfortable conditions on the train - at least for the have-nots.
Starring Chris Evans, Song Kang-ho, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, Ewen Bremner, Alison Pill, John Hurt and Ed Harris, SNOWPIERCER has not received any official release dates yet, but the Weinstein Company controls the rights here in North America and evidently plan to give it a summer release. There's a pretty good chance it will make an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival in May, so look for more news around that time.
