Danny Trejo wants in on Sin City: A Dame to Kill For; Zoe Saldana in Machete Kills?!

Alright. That’s it. I hereby dub MACHETE KILLS with having the hottest cast EVER. Seriously people… We’ve got Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard… and now Zoe Saldana!? That’s just insane… If this thing doesn’t make tons of money I’ll be sorely disappointed.

The news that Saldana has joined the project come form the guys over at Moviehole, who recently had a chance to chat it up with ‘Machete’ himself Danny Trejo. While Trejo cited ‘Machete’ as his all-time favorite character he’s played, he also let loose the following:

“The sequel to Machete, Machete Kills is going to be a lot more over-the-top than Machete. We’ve got Sofia Vergara, who is a star in her own right, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, and Zoe Saldana – and guess what? I get to kiss all of ‘em.”

You lucky son-of-a-b*tch. If I was in Trejo’s shoes, and got brutally murdered directly after filming the flick, I would indeed die a very happy man. But MACHETE KILLS isn’t the only project Mr. Trejo talked about…

He also touched on Robert Rodriguez’s other upcoming project: SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR. What did he have to say about this one? Well that he wants to be a part of it of course!

“I better…. if [Rodriguez] wants to do Machete 3″.

“In fact, you can go ahead and print ‘Robert, let’s get Trejo in Sin City 2′!”
