AMC is about to kick off Season 5 of their popular undead series, “The Walking Dead”, as it’s set to return this Sunday, Oct. 12th. Today, we have with us a bunch of kickass new stills from Season 5, featuring plenty of undead carnage. Although last season was slow in parts, it did a fantastic job of driving towards a conclusion that actually had an impact on the story. Hopefully this season builds on that and delivers another solid year of the undead. Take a peek at the new stills below!
Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics, “The Walking Dead” tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse and follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home.
It stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Melissa McBride, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chad Coleman and Sonequa Martin-Green.
