James Gunn is returning to our beloved horror genre yet again with an as-of-yet untitled horror flick from The H Collective which he will produce and longtime collaborator David Yarovesky (THE HIVE) will direct.
As I'm sure all of you know, Gunn has made some classics in the horror genre with SLITHER and the recent THE BELKO EXPERIMENT. The new film will be written by James' brother Brian and cousin Mark Gunn, a writing pair behind The Rock's JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND. True story.

SLITHER synopsis:
Wheelsy is a small town where not much happens and everyone minds his own business. No one notices when evil slips in quietly but, when people find mutilated livestock and a woman goes missing, Sheriff Bill Pardy (Nathan Fillion) discovers an alien organism that threatens to devour all life on Earth.
The H Collective will fully finance and will produce alongside Gunn and his Troll Court Entertainment. Brian and Mark Gunn, Dan Clifton and The H Collective’s Nic Crawley will executive produce.
The project is expected to go into production in the Spring of 2018.
