Josh Trank’s anti-hero flick Chronicle scores itself a new still & clip

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

One flick we’ve been talking a lot about here at AITH is Josh Trank’s anti-hero flick CHRONICLE. What started as a tame superhero flick about a bunch of teens has quickly evolved to a highly anticipated dark thriller. Needless to say this schmuck is stoked for it!

And if you’re reading this, chances are you are too! With that being said allow me to drop a couple more goods from the flick on you guys. I’m talking another new clip and a brand new still! Natch! Oh yeah, it’s that exciting. You can scroll on down below to check out the goods with the clip also being available in our videos section.

But that’s not all! According to Variety another clip from the film will be debuting this Sunday in the form of a commercial during this weekend’s NFL Playoffs. You see Fox Network will air a five-second “billboard” clip of a QR code during the Atlanta Falcons-New York Giants wild-card game. The code, which can be scanned on mobile devices, links the user to an online clip of the Max Landis-penned film. So we get football and a CHRONICLE clip! What a great weekend it shall be.

Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to their developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.

CHRONICLE sports a cast of unknowns that includes Michael B. Jordan, Dane DeHaan, Alex Russell, Michael Kelly and Ashley Hinshaw. It’s set to tap theaters everywhere on February 3rd so be sure to check back for more as we get closer to that date.
