More of the same in the newest UK quad for highly-anticipated horror flick Sinister

Working for AITH means I pretty much know about every movie that’s coming our way, both of the genre and not. Having done this for a little while gives you an idea of which flicks will be served up for the masses and which ones will skirt along under the radar. Traditionally horror flicks aren’t the type of flicks that become the talk of the town, if you know what I mean. So when normal people, aka people who don’t know about upcoming films, express their excitement for a little gem like SINISTER, well then it catches my attention.

It’s no secret that we here at AITH and most genre fans were pretty impressed with SINISTER’s initial trailer. That much we know. But when all these ‘normal people’ know of the flick and it’s yet to get that much media time… well that’s just impressive. What does that say for SINISTER? Let’s hope it means this thing is going to rock!

Today we’ve got a small little update for you guys on the flick in the form of a brand new UK quad poster. Now I’m not going to get you excited, this new banner is pretty much the same thing we’ve seen on all the SINISTER ads before it… but it’s new. So check it out below.

SINISTER is a frightening new thriller from the producer of the PARANORMAL ACTIVITY films and the writer-director of THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE. Ethan Hawke plays a true crime novelist who discovers a box of mysterious, disturbing home movies that plunge his family into a nightmarish experience of supernatural horror.

Coming at us from director Scott Derrickson, SINISTER will star Ethan Hawke, Vincent D’Onofrio, James Ransone, Juliet Rylance and Fred Dalton Thompson. It doesn’t hit theaters until October 5th so I’m sure we’ll be in for a lot more SINISTER updates soon.
