Recon 2022 online!

06.22.2006by: Matt Withers

Lock and load amigos. RECON 2022: THE MEZZO INCIDENT's Official Site has finally gone live and it has all sorts of goodies for you. It comes from director Christian Viel who brought us the porn-star filled, gut-wrenchingly graphic SAMHAIN.

It was also co-written by some guy named John Fallon. That's right The Arrow gets his script on with this one, and plays the villain of the piece named Cybermerc.

The madness these two are getting us into goes a little something like this: Two years after the events of RECON 2022: The Caprini Massacre, Sharp has been promoted to lieutenant and leads a brand new unit of tough, witty and trigger happy space marines through the perils of Mezzo, an hostile ice planet in order to destroy an underground Ma'har facility.

What they will encounter will defy their imaginations as they tackle giant man eating snow worms, an underground city of Cyborgs, a slew of murderous alien entities and maybe, finally, the ever elusive Ma'hars...

Tasty! Over at the Official Site there's a teaser trailer that lets you see everything from Cybermerc getting shite ripped out of the back of his head to a naked hottie covered in green goo. Along with that you get galleries, behind-the scenes looks, story, cast and news. It's like Disneyland for adults!

So if you haven't gotten the message yet, GO CHECK OUT THE OFFICIAL SITE. And tell your friends. These projects get places through hard-work and word of mouth. There is unfortunately no distribution fairy that gives the indies a shot.

Don't forget to spit bullets on what you think! Oh, and didn't I mention porn stars at the top of the piece? Yes I did, but they're unrelated to this project so ... don't worry, I still got your back!
