Scream Awards winners!

This past Saturday, SpikeTV held its taping for the first annual SpikeTV Scream Awards, which honours the best in horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and comic books. While the actual show will air tomorrow night at 10PM on SpikeTV, JoBlo.com/AITH snuck in to cover the red carpet highlights (video to come soon), as well as receiving news of those awarded.

Now, just for the record, the following does contain SPOILERS, so get your parents’ permission to view the winners (or something to that extent). Here are just some of the winners from Saturday night (highlight the text to see the winner):

• Best Horror Movie: THE DEVIL’S REJECTS
• Best Sci-Fi Movie: V FOR VENDETTA
• Best Comic-To-Screen Adaptation: ARMY OF DARKNESS
• Most Memorable Mutilation: HOSTEL (The eye removal)
• Scream Queen: Kate Beckinsale (Selene) in UNDERWORLD: EVOLUTION
