Johnny Depp has apparently signed on to an animated film titled HOW THE DEAD LOVE. The film is based on four short stories by famed writer Charles Bukowski and will
be directed by “The Simpson”, “Rugrats” and “The Wild Thornberrys” animator/producer Gabor Csupo. According to Csupo, the film won’t be family friendly fare but, in
keeping with Bukowski’s reputation, will be an rated R balls-to-the-wall adventure (in the dramatic sense, not the “blow shit up” sense). Depp will voice the main character in the
film and will produce through his production company Infinitum Nihil. Read more about it over HERE. Needless to say, an R-rated animated film starring
Johnny Depp based on four short stories by Charles Bukowski is one we’ll be keeping a very close eye on. In the meantime, Depp can next be seen evading
Asian pirates in PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD’S END.
