I’ve always thought, that if given the chance, Liam Neeson could be one hell of an action star. I mean if Nicolas Cage can make that leap from RAISING ARIZONA to CON AIR, Liam Neeson certainly can do it. Well the man who was Oskar Schindler will get his chance to kick some ass later this month in TAKEN.
Neeson stars in the film as an ex-spy living in the US. When his daughter heads off to Europe to follow U2, she is kidnapped and being sold to the sex slave industry (only one of the bad things that can happen by going to a U2 concert). This doesn’t sit well with Liam who heads overseas to crack some Eurotrash skulls. The Arrow says in his review that it’s a “simple flick that gets the job done.” You can check out the trailer here and watch an exclusive new clip from the film below!
