Krause joins Beastly | Movie News
I never thought that the man who played Nate Fisher on HBO's essential series 'Six Feet Under" would ever star in a film alongside Vanessa Hudgens and Mary-Kate Olsen, but we're in the middle of a recession and times are tough. Peter Krause has joined the cast of BEASTLY, the retelling of "Beauty and the Beast" that's currently shooting in the home of our illustrious leader, Montreal. Krause will play a materialistic father of a rich kid pretty boy (Alex Pettyfer) who plays a nasty joke on a classmate unaware that she's a witch (Olsen). The film is being directed by Daniel Barnz, a more talented, wealthier, and better looking version of myself.

I guess his other show "The Lost Room" never really caught on beyond a mini-series either.
They should give Krause a recurring role on Dexter or something.

Very sad the Krause has been reduced to this. It's a shame he hasn't blown up like I thought he would. He deserves to.
