Let’s look at Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse in Agents of Shield

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD returned last night with its season two premiere; be sure to check out Alex’s review over here (spoilers, obviously). We got a look at a few new characters such as Isabelle Hartley played by Lucy Lawless and Carl Creel/Absorbing Man played by Brian Patrick Wade. This season looks to have a lot of returning favorites and a few guests from the Marvel universe. One character who will appear later this season is Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird, played by Adrianne Palicki and we have a first look at her below.

Courtesy of ABC, here’s your first look at Palicki as Bobbi Morse, the head of Hydra Security and the future Mockingbird. But will she be friend or foe to Coulson and S.H.I.E.L.D.? The Mockingbird part suggests friend, but the Hydra part…things might get complicated.

We don’t know how her story will go on TV, but in the comics Morse is a SHIELD agent who eventually takes on the alter-ego Mockingbird; she’s been linked to Hawkeye romantically as well. Adrianne Palicki will appear in the October 21st episode, “A Hen in the Wolf House.”
