The Channel 4 News Team towers over New York City in these new character posters for Anchorman 2

Nov. 5, 2013by: Jesse Giroux

Paramount has released four new character posters for ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES, featuring the Channel 4 News Team in various locations in New York City. Like the group one from last month, the gang is Godzilla sized in these posters, and dressed in suits so fine they make Sinatra look like a hobo. In other words, they're the balls.

Stay Classy:

There are plenty of great movies being released this December, but ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES is at the top of my list. I've waited nine damn years for a sequel to one of my favorite comedies of all time, and like many of you, can't wait for the glorious return of Ron Burgundy and his Channel 4 News Team. It's kind of a big deal? No, it is a big deal.

ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES stars Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, David Koechner, Christina Applegate, Harrison Ford and James Marsden, and will be in theaters December 20th, 2013.

These are really bad...

I couldn't photoshop them any better than here, but I am shocked at the positive reaction for these posters. : The scale is all off, the objects are placed in awkward and impossible positions in relation to the actors... These posters, while silly, are just really badly done.

Love them. Except one minor thing...Rudd's has the under construction new World Trade Center in it instead of the Twin Towers which were there in the 1980s. Not really a fan of Hollywood taking out the Twin Towers for films set in pre-2001 New York. Not sure if they'll do that in the movie though if they show the NYC skyline as movies usually do.

Epic posters. I like David Koechner's poster best which sort of looks like a parody of Iron Man 2 poster.
