The next month is going to be all about AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, and despite all the interviews and clips, there’s going to be plenty we won’t see and will be kept under super-secret lock and key. But, that doesn’t mean we won’t get some fun, neat, new footage here and there, and already the 30-second spots have made their way online, and in them are one or two little goodies for you to catch.
The first one features Vision (Paul Bettany) in a frightened state as speaks to Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), possibly as Thanos’ and his forces close in. There’s also some more of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) undergoing what must be a little bit of torture. Things are not really going well for these guys.
The next clip is a bit more lighthearted, with the Guardians getting an extra scene, and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) officially christening Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) as an Avenger. See, not everything is doom and gloom. Okay, it’s mostly doom and gloom.
With INFINITY WAR I expect Marvel will keep a ton of stuff close to the chest, as there's no doubt things in the movie that will have shattering effects on the MCU in the future. But, with a cast of this size and comic book moments out the wazoo, there will be no shortage of funny, sad and exciting bits they can lace throughout the TV spots to where we're always going to get something new.
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR arrives April 27.
