When you think about memorable franchise from the 80s and 90s where does the MANIAC COP saga rank on your list? Not very high I bet. Hey, I don’t blame you. The flicks are pretty cheap but come on, sometimes those are the best kind! For today’s Kill of the Day we’ve got this scene from MANIAC COP 2 where the titular officer runs a-muck at a police station. Pretty impressive, right?
