The best selling novel THE BOOK OF LOST THINGS has been optioned by director John Moore (
THE OMEN ).
The book, which was written by Irish author John Connolly, centers on a 12-year-old English boy whose mother died and father remarried. When a portal to another world opens, the boy enters a land of beasts and monsters, where he must undertake a quest to earn his way back out.
Doesn’t sound bad, right? It will probably border closer to fantasy than horror, but hey, what was wrong with PAN’S LABYRINTH?
