If you’re like me you can’t wait for TRANSFORMERS to hit theatres this summer. I’m just way stoked to see something that was such a staple of my childhood be launched into my adulthood, so needless to say I’ve been on the film’s bandwagon for a while. So when it comes to hearing about press for the film, I’m always curious, and a review of the film has been posted by none other than the trade magazine Variety. And the great news is that the review is a positive one.
The film critic for the review is Jay Weissberg, and the man feels that this film is so good that it will surely launch a franchise. Weissberg goes on to describe the film as “big, loud, and full of testosterone-fueled car fantasies,” and “certain to do gangbusters biz.” How awesome is that? I seriously can’t wait now.
