New Dracula graphic novel featuring likeness of Bela Lugosi on the way!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

While often parodied, the Bela Lugosi take on the iconic DRACULA is still iconic for a reason. So it makes sense that when Legendary announced a year ago that they were going to do a faithful graphic novel adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic horror novel, they asked the Lugosi estate permission to use his likeness.

Here's the official synopsis, for those unaware:

In the late 19th century, Dracula, an ancient Transylvanian Vampire, moves to England to find fresh blood and spread his evil contagion. There he encounters two women, Lucy and Mina, who become the targets of his dark obsession. Aided by a group of brave men, Professor Van Helsing arrives on the scene and takes on the Vampire Prince in the ultimate battles between the forces of light and dark!

Meanwhile, you can buy the graphic novel October 6th, or PRE-ORDER HERE!

So what do you guys think? Would you read an accurate FRANKENSTEIN with Boris Karloff's likeness? Either way, sound off below!
