In THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE, Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch play father and son coroners who receive a mysterious homicide victim with no apparent cause of death. As they attempt to identify the beautiful, young Jane Doe, they discover increasingly bizarre clues that hold the key to her terrifying secrets. You can get a glimpse into the madness with the red-band trailer below!

The teaser for this one hit a few weeks back and I immediately fell in love with the premise. You have two great leads and something interesting to anchor them together. Unfortunately, if Chris Bumbray's TIFF review is any indication (you can read it HERE), it looks like this film decides to go for your basic horror movie tropes in its second act. Still, I'm curious to see how this one will play out come the holiday season.

THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE hits theaters on December 21, 2016.
