Pixar animator Rodrigo Blaas has worked on practically every film out of the studio from UP to WALL-E to THE INCREDIBLES, but recently he’s started doing his own thing. We’ve talked a bit about his upcoming short LA LUNA, but he has another one in a similar style you can see now.
It’s called ALMA, he made it back in 2009 and it’s far darker than you would expect from a guy who has worked on such lighthearted films. It features a store that likes to steal young children’s souls, and it’s quite a bit stranger than the fun animation style would suggest.
