Evil Dead Endgame: Bruce Campbell sports groovy Infinity Gauntlet

I never thought I'd say this here on AITH, but if you haven't seen AVENGERS: ENDGAME turn back now.

*** HERE THERE BE SPOILERS ***

By this point in time, I think everyone on the planet has seen AVENGERS: ENDGAME. But maybe not every horror fan. It's all good. I understand. That said, as many of you guys know, I was never much of a Marvel fan until INFINITY WAR kicked all the ass. And so, yes, I joined the masses this past weekend and watched ENDGAME. What did I think? Well, Marvel fan or not, I thought that shit was badass. 

Especially the scene where Chris Evans aka Captain America stomp-f*cks Josh Brolin aka Thanos's big purple ass with Thor's hammer. Talk about EPIC, am I right? Anyhow, speaking of Brand from GOONIES painted purple, today Mr. Bruce Campbell shared a fun photo of himself (or more specifically, Ash from Sam Raimi's third entry in the EVIL DEAD series ARMY OF DARKNESS) sporting the Infinity Gauntlet. Hail to the King, baby.

Now as killer as this image is, there is something particularly kind of sad about it. What I mean is that I think it's pretty safe to say that if SPIDER-MAN director Sam Raimi had been the filmmaker chosen to keep rolling with the Marvel movies (that would have been badass) you just KNOW that he would have saved Campbell for the role of the big purple nurple, Thanos. Too bad history didn't pan out that way.

But hell, I guess we can always "Time Heist" it to be so. Horror Avengers assemble! All jokes aside, I grinned ear-to-ear when I saw this pic and it is literally my job to pass along such things when I find them. Hope you enjoy. Now let's get this in poster size and slap it up on my office wall ASAP!
