Ex. Keanu Reeves, Alice Eve and John Ortiz Talk Replicas, sci-fi & John Wick

In the new sci-fi thriller REPLICAS, Keanu Reeves stars as a scientist looking to bring his family back to life after a tragic accident. Alice Eve is his loving wife who unwittingly becomes part of his experiment. As well, the great John Ortiz takes on the role of a man who may not quite have Keanu and his families best interest in mind. Directed by Jeffrey Nachmanoff, the film also stars Thomas Middleditch who plays a bit of an Igor character to Reeves’ Will Foster.

Recently we had the great pleasure of talking to the stars of the film about REPLICAS. Both Keanu Reeves and Alice Eve are about the most down to earth and delightful people you could ever meet. The two talked about taking on this modern Frankenstein tale, and what the appeal was for both of them. Ms. Eve discussed working with Nachmanoff and what he added to the performances. And Mr. Reeves even gave us an update of where he is with JOHN WICK 3.

We also sat down with John Ortiz, who you have probably seen quite a bit as of late. He recently appeared in PEPPERMINT, THE CLOVERFIELD PARADOX and BUMBLEBEE. The actor talked about playing the heavy and what it was like working with Reeves and crew in REPLICAS. Oftentimes, the guys who play the villains well are incredibly kind people, and Mr. Ortiz certainly was about as nice as you can get.

REPLICAS opens this Friday at a theatre near you.
