Exclusive 1:1 Interview with Neighbors director Nicholas Stoller!

Nicholas Stoller is gradually becoming one of the biggest names behind-the-scenes in comedy. The writer-director comes from the prestigious Judd Apatow School of Funny People (not a real place, don’t try to enroll) and has directed such laughers as FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL, GET HIM TO THE GREEK and the FIVE YEAR ENGAGEMENT. (Oh yeah, he also writes the MUPPETS movies!) But he’s brought his funny to the next level with NEIGHBORS, a hilarious look at the war between a happily married couple (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) and the obnoxious fraternity that moves in next door (led by Zac Efron).

In the below interview, Nicholas and I speak about what appealed to him about having life meltdowns, his charming lead actors, directing the “Meryl Streep of babies,” and his favorite comedies of all time.
