The first episode of Halo-8’s animated horror flick GODKILLER is set to hit DVD today (October 6th), with two more episodes to come before the film’s limited theatrical release in January. Pretty cool marketing campaign, and one that I hope will payoff for them as the flick looks like all kinds of promising.
Halo-8 hooked us with a little “preview clip” from the first episode today, entitled “The Ether,” featuring the creepy narration by none other than the great Lance Henriksen talking his talk about sex-magic. You can check out the clip below in all of it’s awesome glory, then try and tell you don’t want to see more.
The voice talents of Danielle Harris, AITH’s own Tiffany Shepis, and the legendary Bill Moseley join Henrkisen in the flick, which goes a little something like this: A post-nuke odyssey about a young boy venturing into the savage land of Outer City on a quest to find a new heart for his dying sister…
Hells yeah! GODKILLER Episode 1 hits DVD today, the other two DVD shorts will roll out in the next couple of months (one in November, one in December), leading up to the film’s full-length feature film in theaters. In the meantime, enjoy the new clip below and call it a day!
