Writer-director Jeremy Saulnier's GREEN ROOM starring Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, and Patrick Stewart is one of my favorite films of all-time. Yeah, you read that right. And so I always keep my ear to the ground when he has a new project in the works. And today we've learned that his new Netflix thriller has snagged STAR WAS: THE LAST JEDI and ATTACK THE BLOCK star John Boyega.
Similarly to Saulnier’s GREEN ROOM, this new movie REBEL RIDGE will be
a high-velocity thriller that explores systemic American injustices through bone-breaking action sequences, suspense, and dark humor.
Filmscience and Bonneville Pictures will co-produce along with Saulnier, Anish Savjani, Neil Kopp, and Vincent Savino. Jeremy Saulnier mainstay and I DON'T FEEL AT HOME IN THIS WORLD ANYMORE director Macon Blair is executive producer.

A punk rock band that becomes trapped in a secluded venue after finding a scene of violence. For what they saw, the band themselves become targets of violence from a gang of white power skinheads who want to eliminate all evidence of the crime.
Saulnier wrote and directed GREEN ROOM, which starred Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Callum Turner, and Patrick Stewart. Neil Kopp, Victor Moyers, and Anish Savjani produced. A24 distributed the masterpiece into theaters back on April 15, 2016. Buy it on Blu-ray HERE.
