Bruce Campbell teases the death of Ash in Ash vs Evil Dead season 3?!

Earlier this month we passed along the sad news that ASH VS EVIL DEAD star Bruce Campbell thinks that if the current Starz TV series doesn't get a fourth season, that we may never get another EVIL DEAD film. What's even sadder is that the team behind the scenes might know this all too well and be planning to put an end to Ash once and for all by the end of the third season.

Campbell teases as much in a recent sit-down with Assignment X when he was asked what might we expect from the final episodes of the third season.

Bruce Campbell:

It may be game over for Ash. He is mortal. That’s it.

Do you think ASH VS EVIL DEAD has the guts to kill off Ash? I mean if there isn't a fourth season (and thus no more EVIL DEAD films) would it be better if Ash meets his end here and now? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on social media!

ASH VS EVIL DEAD S3 synopsis:

The third season finds Ash’s status in Elk Grove, Michigan has changed from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs Evil Dead!

The third season stars Bruce Campbell, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo, Lucy Lawless and Arielle Carver-O'Neill. Campbell executive produces the series with Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert, Ivan Raimi, and Rick Jacobson. Season 3 has new showrunners: Mark Verheiden and producer Moira Grant.
