David Fincher’s Gone Girl coming to Blu-ray/DVD in January

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced it will bring David Fincher’s excellent GONE GIRL to Blu-ray and DVD in January. I’ve been looking forward to seeing this again since experiencing it the first time.

A very cool special treat comes with the Blu-ray: an exclusive new 36-page Amazing Amy story – “Tattle Tale.” Folks who have seen the film (or at least read the Gillian Flynn novel) know the significance of Amazing Amy…

On the occasion of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) reports that his beautiful wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), has gone missing. Under pressure from the police and a growing media frenzy, Nick’s portrait of a blissful union begins to crumble. Soon his lies, deceits and strange behavior have everyone asking the same dark question: Did Nick Dunne kill his wife?

The GONE GIRL Blu-ray and DVD, which also comes with a David Fincher audio commentary, will be released on January 13th.
