“Dexter” season 7 scores Australian hottie Yvonne Strahovski

Watch out, “Dexter” fans – your favorite show just scored an exponential increase in hotness. As reported by TV Line, Australian actress Yvonne Strahovski (pictured above and below) landed a mutli-episode arc in the seventh season of the series. You may have seen Ms. Strahovski in the action romp KILLER ELITE, as well as another successful TV show “Chuck”, while videogame fans are likely to know her as Miranda Lawson from the MASS EFFECT series.

This time, she will play the role of Hannah McKay, a strong and independent woman with a somewhat murky past. While she helps Miami Metro Homicide in solving a case, Dexter begins to wonder if there’s more to her than meets the eye. Sounds like another troubled and likely dysfunctional lady to add to the show’s roster. Looking forward to it.

“Dexter” returns on September 30th, with a cast that includes Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Desmond Harrington, James Remar, David Zayas, C.S. Lee, Ray Stevenson, Katia Winter, Matt Gerald and Lauren Velez.
