Is Arnold still considering another Terminator? James Cameron seems to think so

Rumors of another TERMINATOR starring Arnold Schwarzenegger have been swirling around ever since Arnie ended his stint as the Governator. Now, it seems that a fifth installment in the series could indeed be in the cards. Says who? Says James Cameron!

Speaking to MTV News, the director confirmed he and Arnold discussed the possibility of a TERMINATOR 5 last year. Here's what Cameron had to say about it:

"I was talking to him back in fall about a new Terminator film and quietly advising on that, I suppose you could say. I was trying to be as encouraging as possible. Frankly, at that time, I thought it needed to be more about him. I told him he should not do it until it's focused on his character or he shouldn't do it. I think there are some great stories that can be told about that character that haven't even been thought of yet".

How about that? With the series seemingly at a crossroads, will we see a direct continuation of McG's TERMINATOR: SALVATION or a return to the classic full-on Arnold mode? We'll probably have to wait until Mr. Universe is done with his ongoing projects, including THE EXPENDABLES 2 and (hopefully) THE TOMB.

Extra Tidbit: Any place for Linda Hamilton in that next TERMINATOR flick? Yeah, probably not...
