Nightmarish new poster for It Follows, starring Maika Monroe

Next month is shaping up to be quite the showcase for indie horror, especially with David Robert Mitchell’s much buzzed about haunter IT FOLLOWS, starring THE GUEST’s Maika Monroe, making an appearance in theaters on March 13th, just before its VOD debut on the 27th.

Continuing the trend of indie films dishing out the best poster art in the business, London film creative agency, AllCity, have teamed up with artist Richey Beckett to conjure up this hauntingly gorgeous new print for IT FOLLOWS. I love how the art twists and turns from top to bottom, depicting beauty and horror all within a single image.

For 19-year-old Jay, fall should be about school, boys and weekends out at the lake. But after a seemingly innocent sexual encounter, she finds herself plagued by strange visions and the inescapable sense that someone, or something, is following her. Faced with this burden, Jay and her teenage friends must find a way to escape the horrors that seem to be only a few steps behind.

It stars Maika Monroe, Keir Gilchrist, Daniel Zovatto, Jake Weary, Olivia Luccardi and Lili Sepe.
