Remake of Danish serial killer series "Those Who Kill" coming to U.S. thanks to A&E

You guys ever hear of the Danish crime series called "Those Who Kill?" It's based on the novels by Elsebeth Egholm and actually had a US version announced as in development back in January. Now thanks to Deadline Hollywood we're actually getting some solid news regarding "Those Who Kill's" jump to the US.

It seems the A&E Network has swooped in and scored the US format rights to "Those Who Kill," ordering a pilot for the series. Imagine Television and Fox 21 will be producing "Those Who Kill" with a script from Glen Morgan, who will also be executive producing alongside Brian Grazer, Francie Calfo, Peter Bose and Jonas Allen.

The original series revolves around a police detective and a forensic profiler who possess a deep understanding of the serial killers they hunt.

Sounds solid enough. Anyone out there familiar with "Those Who Kill" willing to spit some bullets below and let us know if this one is worth our attention? It would be much appreciated!

You can bet we'll keep an eye on this US adaptation of "Those Who Kill" and as soon as more news comes our way we'll be right here to pass it along to all of you.

Extra Tidbit: The Danish series stars Laura Bach (above), Jakob Cedergren, Lars Mikkelsen, Lærke Winther Andersen and Frederik Meldal Nørgaard.
