Just say the words "time-traveling serial killer" and I'm yours. Jim Mickle, the director behind STAKE LAND, WE ARE WHAT WE ARE, COLD IN JULY, and Hap and Leonard, is back with IN THE SHADOW OF THE MOON, a "genre-blending psychological thriller that examines the power of time, and how its passing can either bring us together or tear us apart." Netflix has released the first trailer for the upcoming film, which stars Boyd Holbrook (THE PREDATOR) as Philadelphia police officer Thomas Lockhart. After tracking a serial killer who seems to resurface every nine years, Lockhart's obsession threatens to destroy his career, his family, and his sanity, but as we can see in the trailer, there might be a little more going on. IN THE SHADOW OF THE MOON also stars Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Cleopatra Coleman (The Last Man on Earth), and Bokeem Woodbine (SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING).
