Lindsey Morgan to take on psycho cowboys in Lasso

Lindsey Morgan

Evan Cecil, who has worked as a director on such intriguingly titled television shows as Wives with Knives and Sex Sent Me to the Slammer, is stepping into the feature world with the independent thriller LASSO, a film that has instantly earned a place on my "must see" list with its plot description.

Written by Roberto Marinas, LASSO centers on a pair of characters

as they navigate life working for a senior community center. Their lives are turned upside down when they find themselves fighting to stay alive against a group of psycho, bloodthirsty cowboys from the local rodeo.

You tell me that your movie is going to feature "psycho, bloodthirsty cowboys from the local rodeo" and you have guaranteed that I'm going to be checking it out as soon as possible. This sounds awesome to me.

Lindsey Morgan and Andrew Jacobs are set to star as the senior community center employees, with Morgan's character taking on the duty of keeping the senior citizens safe from these crazy cowboys.

LASSO is being produced by Elaine Gibson.
